Arc-Middle East is simple, targeted and very effective.
Here’s how it works :
1. BOND Events invite a select list of the most important Architects and
Designers, working in the Middle East. All their personal travel and accommodation is taken care of by BOND Events. On registration they provide a comprehensive profile of their current projects, a defined list of the product and service requirements they would like to discuss, and a comprehensive profile of their company.
2. In parallel, Senior Executives from supplier companies register to attend one to one meetings, for an inclusive fee*. They complete a profile of their company, products and services.
3. 1 month before the event, delegates on both sides select who they would like to meet, in order of priority. BOND Events then produce a personalised meetings schedule for every delegate, specifically designed to achieve the very best use of their time. This schedule continues to be refined until the morning the Forum begins.
How long does it last?
The Forum takes place over three evenings and two full days. During that period, all delegates spend time together and have the opportunity to network outside the formal meetings. No time is wasted.
